I found this delightful sculpture hidden away in one of the back streets. There is something about the modelling of this sculpture that typifies the people and life of Mindelo.
Well that’s all from Mindelo. We are now heading South East to Banjul in the Gambia where we arrive on Sunday and my real African adventure begins.
