A thought-provoking visit that only gives a glimpse of the real hardships that Nelson Mandela and others suffered in its current sanitised state. Many of the cells had descriptions of their inmates and poignant mementoes of their imprisonment. Sadly not enough time to really study all these but a stark reminder of why they ‘Served with pride”.
