I know I have shown you a photo already of the cakes adorned with gold flake but they deserve a second photo! The hotel uses 3.5 kilograms of gold a year in decorating cakes, pastries and cappuccino coffee!
Needless to say the cakes were delicious and not much was removed uneaten from my table!! I think it could be described as a ‘gold plated full Monty’!
