Saadiyat is another island that is destined to become a tourist magnet. Much is still under construction but the plans include a business hub for international commerce, stylish water front homes, art galleries and sporting experiences such as the Gulf’s tidal and ocean golf courses. Again what has been constructed already comprises stylish architecture – the photo is of a folk culture centre a wave shaped roof sheathed in copper to catch the sun.
